President Zheng Shubin expressed that during his visit to César Ritz College and Swiss Hotel Management University as a member of the Shanghai University of Engineering Science and Technology delegation in September, he was deeply impressed by the academic standards and teaching facilities of the schools and thanked SEG for their warm reception. The college has had an 11-year cooperation history with the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Graubünden (FHGR), and now it looks forward to opening a new chapter of cooperation with SEG, expanding cooperation into new majors, and exploring a talent training mechanism that links undergraduate and graduate programs. He believes that with joint efforts from both sides, the cooperation will yield fruitful results and contribute to the development of education.
Jorge Arnanz, on behalf of the Swiss side, introduced the overview of SEG in his speech, emphasizing its exceptional educational philosophy and extensive international cooperation experience. He mentioned that SEG has been committed to providing students with high-quality educational resources and an international learning environment. Subsequently, Dr. Jorge Arnanz conveyed the deep expectations of Mr. Victor Goncalves, President of SEG, for this signing. He believes that through this signed cooperation, both parties can jointly promote educational innovation, cultivate more talents with an international perspective and competitiveness, and make positive contributions to the educational cause of both sides.
The signing of this "Memorandum of Cooperation" marks the official establishment of a cooperative partnership between the two parties, which will provide more diverse opportunities and platforms for international academic exchanges for college teachers and students, and write a new chapter in jointly cultivating high-quality vocational and technical talents and promoting educational and scientific research development for both parties.
